This Privacy Policy explains how Polari Media LLC ("we," "us," or "our") handles personal information in connection with the photography galleries and mobile gallery apps we provide through Pixieset. It applies to clients and visitors who access our galleries or place orders through them. Our galleries are hosted by Pixieset, which processes data on our behalf as part of providing that service; Pixieset's own handling of data is governed by its separate privacy policy.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Information you provide:

- Your name and email address, used to give you access to your gallery and to communicate with you.

- For orders, your billing and shipping details, collected and processed to fulfill and deliver your order.

- Any message you send us through a gallery contact form or by email.

Information collected automatically:

- When you access a gallery, our hosting provider collects technical usage data such as your IP address, browser and device information, and timestamps, primarily through cookies and similar technologies.

- Activity within a gallery, such as images you mark as favorites, comments you leave, and downloads you make, where those features are enabled.

2. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

We use the information above to provide access to and deliver your gallery; to process, fulfill, and communicate about orders; to respond to your inquiries; to protect the security and integrity of our galleries; and to meet our legal and record-keeping obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

3. HOSTING AND THIRD PARTIES

We rely on a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf:

- Pixieset hosts our galleries and apps and processes related data (see pixieset.com/privacy).

- Our payment processor handles card payments for store orders; we never see or store your full card details.

- Print lab partners receive the name, shipping address, and order details needed to produce and ship a print order, and only when you place such an order.

We share information with these providers only as needed to deliver the service you have requested, and we do not sell personal information to anyone.

4. COOKIES

Our galleries use cookies and similar technologies, set by our hosting provider, to keep galleries functioning and to understand basic usage. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings, though some gallery features may not work properly without them.

5. DATA RETENTION

We retain personal information for as long as needed to deliver your gallery, to fulfill and support your orders, and to meet our legal obligations, after which it is removed. Galleries themselves may expire or be taken down over time. Any records we are required to keep for legal compliance are held securely and confidentially, separately from gallery data, and are not accessible to gallery visitors.

6. YOUR RIGHTS

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. To make a request, contact us using the details below. Residents of the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom may have additional rights under the GDPR; California residents under the CCPA/CPRA; and Texas residents under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act. We will respond to verified requests as required by applicable law.

7. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Our galleries are intended for adults only. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, contact us and we will delete it.

8. SECURITY

We and our hosting provider use reasonable measures to protect personal information, including password protection and access controls on private galleries. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above. Continued use of our galleries after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
